Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Cost Modelling: Design, develop and implement robust costing models for medical services, inventory valuation to ensure the accuracy of costing procedures, lab tests, patient consultations.
Cost Allocation: Identify and analyze direct, indirect, and overhead costs and allocate using appropriate cost drivers. Maintain costing database for all service lines.
Budgetary Control: Prepare and support the cost-related budgets and forecasts. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs actual analysis with actionable insights for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and actively participate with the clinician, lab, and central procurement operation team to validate pricing strategy & charge master management, pricing standards for medical services and to optimize supply chain cost, and profitability analysis.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on departmental margin improvement, cost per test, and resource utilization.
Inventory Integrity: Track cost drivers: oversee inventory usage and verify on monthly stock reconciliation to identify and mitigate wastage or leakage

Job Requirements

Master/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA partial or completed is an advantage).
Minimum 3 to 5+ years experiences in costing and accounting (Healthcare or Laboratory industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, transfer pricing, and Myanmar tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
