- Administer all aspects of finance department in day to day basis
- Manage the preparation of Financial statement, including consolidated financial statement in accordance with IFRS and the applicable regulation
- Manage and coordinate timely submission of corporate reports and return to all stakeholders, including authorities
- Safeguard corporate assets, maintain effective internal control system and make recommendation for improvement in cooperation with internal audit team
- Supervision of cash management and corporate treasury functions
- Manage Financial planning and analysis (FP & A), preparation of budget, budgetary control and performance reporting
- Support Management team on matters relating to corporate finance, investment analysis and strategy
- Liaise with auditor for statutory audit
- Mange, provide guidance to finance staff on taxation, liaise with TRD for tax matters and tax planning
- Communicate with and influence the managers and senior management within the group in all matters relating to finance and accounting
- Liaise with vendor for issues relating to accounting software
- Provide Financial training for non-finance staff in accordance with their financial literacy requirement
- Training and development of Finance Staff
- Undertake performance appraisal of subordinates
-Supervise compliance with corporate governance code, inside trading code, code of conducts, corporate policies and regulatory requirements set by authorities
