Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A).
- Manage manufacturing accounting, inventory costing, product costing, and profitability analysis.
- Own company, factory, brand, product, and channel P&L reporting with actionable business insights.
- Drive cost optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, sales, distribution, and marketing while protecting long-term business value.
- Evaluate CAPEX investments, ROI, and business cases to support strategic growth.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and banking activities to ensure healthy liquidity.
- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, ERP systems, dashboards, and internal compliance.
- Develop business performance KPIs and present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) or MBA is preferred.
- 8–15 years of progressive finance experience, including financial planning, management accounting, business partnering, and treasury management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, financial analysis, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to drive business performance, profitability, and financial discipline.
