Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Oversee accounting operations (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll).
Manage and mentor the accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Planning: Prepare for the yearly financial planning, budget forecasting.
Financial Statement: Prepare consol report for holding’s financial statements (Tax statement, Balance sheet, finance report by monthly or quarterly). Review and check for holding's financial report.
AP/AR Control: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
Treasury: Oversee treasury functions, including managing bank relationships.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and manage tax filings. To build relationship with tax officers.
Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for the annual audit for any auditing process.
Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and safeguard company assets
Expense Monitoring: Manage and control expenses to ensure they remain within budget.
Cost Reducing: Conduct variance project analysis and Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement measures to achieve savings.
Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Process Monitoring: Monitoring the improve financial processes and systems to efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
CPA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive financial management experience.
Proven experience as FC, finance officer, or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and IFRS.
Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
