Lead the finance function for a well-established jewellery business in Yangon, driving accurate reporting, strong controls, and sound financial planning. This role supports business growth through timely analysis, compliance, and effective cash management.

• Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and audit activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts for decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to support business operations.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures to protect assets and reduce risk
• Coordinate external audits, tax matters, and regulatory reporting with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,  professional qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting, ideally within retail, trading, or jewellery/ gems.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and internal controls.
• Skilled in cash flow management, financial analysis, and business planning.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, hands-on working style.
