Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Calculate and establish Food & Beverage (F&B) costing and cost standards.
  • Verify the accuracy and reconciliation of data between the POS (Point of Sale) system and the accounting system.
  • Supervise inventory control and stock verification processes to minimize wastage, prevent theft, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement internal control systems to prevent financial loss and operational inefficiencies.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively, including payments to vendors/suppliers and collections from customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with different departments, including Kitchen, Service, and Procurement.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (B.B.A – Finance), or a related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Finance Controller in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality industry.
  • Must be proficient in F&B accounting systems, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and ERP software.
  • Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
