An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Develop a new integrated organisationwide financial reporting system combining multiple projects, donors and locations.
Develop cost and income forecasting models which can be used to manage expenses, project planning and adjust result projection.
Revise organisation annual budgeting system in line with above
Develop standardised internal financial reporting system /dashboards for the projects and clinics
Develop standardised donor financial reporting templates for the projects and clinics
Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with organization’s financial accounting system (QuickBooks) and its export functions. Suggest changes/improvements if necessary.
Setup improved systems for allocation of expenditure to various donors;
Perform financial data analysis to ensure systems are operating properly and are in line with donor requirements
Training of finance staff

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 10 years’ of professional experience in a similar role.

Fluent in English, both oral and written

Knowledge of complex financial systems and accounting in

international development context

Strong analytical skills, pro-active and able to work independently

Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
