  • Supervise day to day operation for fleet management
  • Manage and coordinate the daily repair and maintenance
  • Establish and maintain vehicle operating and maintenance cost record
  • Creating and establishing fleet policies and procedures
  • Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption
  • Check daily vehicle usage record report to Admin Manager
  • Manage and arrange daily duty assign for transport team
  • Responsible for licensing and government relation process for all vehicle
  • Prepare daily and monthly report for fleet management

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum (3) years of experience in fleet management
  • Proven working experience in Vehicle Repair & Maintenance
  • Must have driving license (B)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
