Confirm the time, quantity, item, specification, batch number, etc. according to the warehouse receipt submitted by the warehouse monitor, and carry out the warehouse operation at the designated location according to the instructions of the warehouse monitor; Standardized operation.
The driver of the early forklift consciously cleans up the pallets and pads left over from the previous day's shipment and puts them in the designated area, and assists the warehouse manager to supervise the cleaning and loading and unloading work to do a good job in the internal and external environmental sanitation.
When entering the warehouse, strictly stack the corresponding goods in the designated storage place in strict accordance with the instructions of the warehouse squad leader. Brutal operation is strictly prohibited when stacking, to avoid squeezing the pallets and cartons due to human reasons.
When the storage of each stacking position is completed, the relevant storage quantity, storage position, item, specification, batch number and other data shall be established or updated according to the specified content and requirements, and the "stacking position card" shall be established and reported to the on-duty warehouse monitor for review and inspection;
Before leaving the warehouse, carefully check whether the delivery documents and the delivery vehicle (vehicle number, vehicle condition) meet the delivery requirements, suspend the delivery under abnormal conditions, report to the relevant leaders, and wait for the processing instructions; after confirming that there are no exceptions, carry out the delivery operation.
At the time of shipment, check the consistency of the location card in the area to be shipped and the physical object, report the abnormal situation to the warehouse monitor, and wait for the processing instruction; if there is no abnormality, start the shipment operation according to the shipping regulations and requirements.
Instruct the loading and unloading workers to carry out reasonable loading in accordance with the specifications, and supervise and inspect the quality of the operation. If problems are found, they shall be immediately corrected or reported to be handled.
Choose the appropriate operation method, operate reasonably and reduce consumption; keep the warehouse pallets and goods neat, tidy and beautiful.
Park the vehicle according to company regulations, keep the vehicle tidy and dignified; drive the forklift cautiously, the speed should not exceed 5 kilometers per hour, carry out regular inspection and maintenance of the driven forklift, find problems, and promptly handle or report to the relevant responsible person of the relevant department for handling.
Before starting the vehicle, you must check the condition of the vehicle, do a good job of daily maintenance of the vehicle, and do not fail the car operation, and report the failure that you cannot eliminate in time; during normal driving operations, you must wear work clothes, a hard hat, and wear a seat belt; the vehicle is parked during shifts Neat, fill in the work log carefully, and make a good shift record.
