Shipping Booking

  • Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and booking agents; confirm SO, cut-off, VGM and container arrangements.

Import/Export Application

  • Apply for import/export licenses and permits via Myanmar TradeNet 2.0; track Pa-Tha-Ka validity and OGA approvals.

Customs Clearance

  • Declare via MACCS; manage customs clearance, inspection, release and document handover.

  • Maintain MACCS User ID, Terminal Access Key, IE Code, MIFFA membership linkage and MCD customs-agent license validity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, international trade, customs or related field.
  • 3+ years Myanmar customs clearance and/or shipping booking experience; hands-on MACCS and TradeNet 2.0 experience required.
  • Understanding of MIFFA/MACCS registration, MCD customs-agent licensing, and Notification 115/2026 compliance/penalty rules.
  • Fluent Myanmar and working English; Chinese is a strong plus.
  • High compliance sensitivity: stop and escalate when license, declaration and actual cargo do not match.
