Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Monitor and control vehicle locations and daily fleet operations using the GPS Tracking System.
Manage drivers, including attendance, schedules, routes, and daily assignments.
Monitor vehicle movements and delivery progress to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
Follow up on driver performance, driving behavior, and compliance with company transportation policies.
Coordinate with drivers and relevant departments to resolve transportation issues.
Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare daily fleet operation reports and maintain accurate transportation records.
Conduct regular site visits and travel to other locations when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transportation management.
Experience in GPS Tracking Systems and driver management.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage drivers effectively.
