Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To handle the customer feedback technical issue and other responsibily from call center and relative team for FTTH Service.
  • To Communicate with inquire to customer with smoothly and send Work Order to relative team.
  • To cooperate and negotiate with other relative team for sigle and Multi failure in FTTH service (Vendor & FME).
  • To Monitor and Take action, for analyze data alarm , the whole myanmar  FTTH MSAN and troubleshoot 24/7 bases.
  • Reporting for data analyze daily complaints, Sub Trunk and Backbone Transmission issue FTTH service impact to Management.
  • Follow up to related FME Person for repair and feedback to CRM team or other team for long-term pending tickets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Communication) or Engineering (IT) or Science (Computer Science)
  • Minimum 2-year experiences of fixed service(PSTN, FTTH, ADSL service and trouble shooting) in Telecom Industry
  • Having network related qualifications (e.g. TCP/IP, CCNA ) is preferred
  • Experience in maintaining network equipment and monitoring infrastructure
  • Able to Manage Vendors & FME Person
  • Strong Knowledge of Fixed Network
