General Affairs Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with intra- and inter- departments for GA activities (Fire & Safety, Security and Surveillance, Logistics and Warehousing, Building Management and Cleaning, Pest Control, Vehicle Management and Maintenance, or any related).
  2. Manage the overall general affairs of the rice mill and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned.
  3. Fire & Safety, security, environment and health concern.
  4. Administration of logistics supplies and common areas, such as Fire & Safety system, Security Guard and CCTV Surveillance system, Shuttle Bus and Vehicle Access Control, Car-Park, Canteen, lighting system, waste disposal, pest control, general cleanliness and upkeep, etc.
  5. Infrastructure, building, drying pad, furniture, utilities in terms of maintenance and/or construction.

Job Requirements

General Affairs Manager Qualification:

Candidate must have 5 years experienced in GA activities with proven track records

  1. Have experience in handling building management, vehicle management, pest control, waste management.
  2. Have a good relationship with the government.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Commitment to administrative and logistics work.
  6. Good working knowledge of administrative procedures and the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and in compliance with the Company’s regulations.
  7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize routine and ad hoc tasks.
  8. Ability to multi-task and be highly organized.
  9. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  10. Flexibility and the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team without close supervision.
  11. Tact and diplomacy when interacting with government agencies, vendors, contractors, staff, and customers.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office application such as word, excel and PowerPoint.
  13. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
