Cooperating with the HOD and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
Overseeing day-to-day business operations within the department to ensure that it is running smoothly.
Delegating and back office operational daily tasks.
Ensuring the department meets its goals and objectives by setting standards and monitoring performance
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
