We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven General Manager – Fuel Retail Operations to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our fuel retail network.

This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, network expansion, and customer experience across all fuel stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations of all fuel retail stations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability
• Develop and execute strategies for network growth, site performance improvement, and market expansion
• Monitor fuel sales, non-fuel retail (NFR), and profitability across all locations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies
• Drive customer experience initiatives, loyalty programs, and service quality improvements
• Manage retail pricing strategies and competitor benchmarking within the market
• Oversee supply chain coordination to ensure uninterrupted fuel availability
• Lead and develop operations teams, including area managers and station managers
• Identify and implement cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with business development, finance, and marketing teams to enhance overall performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in fuel retail, FMCG retail, or large-scale multi-site operations
• Proven experience managing a network of retail outlets (petrol stations preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management capability at senior level
• Solid understanding of fuel retail operations, pricing, and supply chain
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of Myanmar market and regulatory environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Burmese
