Financial & Business Performance
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, KPI metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction), and growth objectives.
Cost Control: Monitor and optimize payroll budgets, operational expenses, and inventory shrink across all assigned stores.
Operational Excellence
Standardization: Ensure uniform execution of corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual merchandising directives, and promotional rollouts across the entire store fleet.
Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to assess inventory management, safety protocols, facility maintenance, and LP (Loss Prevention) compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks in the field and collaborate with the corporate operations team to design scalable, efficient solutions.
Leadership & Team Development
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Store Managers and Assistant Managers.
Coaching & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 17 Store Managers (or District Managers). Conduct regular performance reviews, create succession plans, and build a deep bench of future leaders.
Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that prioritizes employee retention, engagement, and accountability.
Customer Experience
Service Standards: Champion a customer-first mindset. Review customer feedback, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and mystery shop reports to drive service improvements.
Issue Resolution: Act as the highest point of escalation for complex customer or community issues within the region.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit leadership role (successfully managing 10+ locations is required; 20+ is highly preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Core Competencies & Skills
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of retail math, P&L statements, and budget forecasting.
Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate corporate initiatives into actionable, measurable plans for field teams.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels—from frontline retail associates to corporate executives.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos, Dayforce), and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time) to visit stores, attend corporate meetings, and support new store openings or remodels.
Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the dynamic nature of retail operations.
Mobility: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during store visits and lift up to 25 lbs when assisting with merchandising or inventory tasks.
