Production General Manager – Textile Factory

We are seeking a hands-on Production General Manager to lead factory production, improve operational efficiency, and build strong production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
Reduce waste, downtime, and material and energy consumption.
Lead department heads, enforce accountability, and develop team capabilities.
Coordinate maintenance, quality control, and material availability to ensure smooth production.
Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Proven senior production management experience in textile manufacturing.
Strong technical understanding of textile production, preferably spinning and weaving.
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Able to manage production details, resolve issues on the factory floor, and deliver measurable results.
Willing to be based at the factory full-time.
