Key Responsibilities
● Design and support cloud-based solutions that meet business and security requirements.
● Collaborate with teams to assess needs, recommend improvements, and deliver effective IT solutions.
● Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
● Assist with cloud migration, integration, documentation, and ongoing technical optimization.
● Work with vendors and internal users to support projects from planning through implementation.

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, systems, or technical project work.
● Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, security, and system administration.
● Good problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
● Experience supporting business applications and working with cross-functional teams.
● Strong communication skills in English; ability to work independently and responsibly.
● Experience in accounting, audit, tax, or professional services is an advantage.
