  • Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the management team to help meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain reports that support monthly budget planning and sales target settings.
  • Calculate monthly incentive payouts for sales partners based on their performance.
  • Analyze raw data to check for quality and find the root causes of any data errors.
  • Work together with other teams to fix any data issues and make sure reports are correct.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Any university graduate (a degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science is preferred).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Good in business analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SQL database, a basic understanding of Python, and experience with Microsoft Access.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the Telecom industry and experience in creating reports.
