Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Lead the creation/production of inspiring design, content and campaign that builds the brand and drives donations
  2. Determine and complete the graphic and printing requirements of the departments, Interpreting and applying brand standards consistently to all materials produced
  3. Develop communication tools including presentations, newsletters and email/social media campaigns and promotional material (brochure, Vinyl, Billboard, Banner) under guidance of GM
  4. Design and oversee the print production and distribution of all printed materials that will positively influence public opinion and promote the organization’s goals, together with the rest of the team
  5. To be responsible of maintaining the hospital logo and name and other emblems for proper usage under the policies and guidelines of Graphic Standard Manual
  6. To be responsible for media planning in print and other media and the preparation and co-ordination of all promotional materials
  7. Support creative design ideas to Line Managers and Head of Department for each creation
  8. Responsibility to keep All hard copy and soft copy of final designs must be right title/date in right place
  9. Responsible to draw monthly/weekly Design schedule together with timeline and report to Line Manager
  10. Any other duties deemed appropriate by Department Head

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or higher
  • Marketing certificate is a plus
  • Good human relations and leadership skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in the field of Graphic Design
