A Graphic Designer in MARGA is responsible for creating and executing effective, innovative ideas for external and internal marketing materials across all mediums. This includes ideation, concepts and layout design of print collateral, email marketing, presentation materials, and digital campaigns.

You need to be a pro at translating complex concepts into simple and easy-to-understand graphics and designs. You stay on top of design trends, industry best practices and the work of our competition, to drive design at the highest level. You work well alongside with our graphic designer and in-house Marketing Communications pros to help the team flourish both culturally and creatively. Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
2. 4+ years design experience
3. Strong collaboration, communication and organization skills
4. Interpersonally savvy with strong listening skills
5. Ability to comprehend the big picture while paying attention to the smallest details
6. Soundly adept in design and typographic skills, applicable to a vast range of design aesthetics
7. Ability to present ideas clearly and with conviction in order to sell them through internally and externally
8. Ability to gracefully lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and multi-task environment
9. Understanding of printing process, photography, illustration, typography and interactive designs
10. Competency in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of applications in PC environment
11. Competency in JAVA Script, HTML/CSS and WordPress
12. Portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design and a strong understanding and application of art direction
