Leadership & Governance
Lead, coach, and performance-manage business administration teams across business units, ensuring consistent service standards and accountability.
Establish and enforce group-wide policies, SOPs, and controls for administration, assets, fleet, and warehouse operations.
Build an operating rhythm: KPI dashboards, review cadences, audits, and continuous improvement plans.
Asset Management
Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management (planning, purchasing, tagging, assignment, transfers, maintenance, write-offs, and disposal).
Maintain accurate asset registers, conduct periodic physical verification, and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Implement or improve asset management systems/tools and reporting.
Fleet Management
Oversee fleet operations including acquisition/lease decisions, vehicle allocation, maintenance schedules, fuel controls, insurance, licensing, tracking, and utilization reporting.
Drive fleet cost optimization, safety compliance, and vendor/SLA performance (workshops, fuel vendors, insurers, GPS providers).
Warehouse Management (Admin Scope)
Oversee warehouse administration and governance, including space utilization, access control, stock handling processes (as applicable), documentation, and operational readiness.
Ensure controls for inventory/stock movements are followed in coordination with Operations/Supply Chain teams.
Manage warehouse-related vendors and service agreements (security, maintenance, equipment servicing).
Facilities & Workplace Services
Manage office facilities, maintenance, security, housekeeping, utilities, and space planning across sites (as applicable).
Lead office projects such as expansions, relocations, refurbishments, and workplace improvements.
Budgeting & Vendor Management
Own group admin budgets and planning; track spend and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Manage vendor sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracts, and SLA governance across admin categories (assets, fleet, facilities, warehouses).

Job Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in Administration / Corporate Services / Facilities / Operations Support, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations and leading distributed teams.
Strong hands-on experience in asset management, fleet management, and operational governance (controls, audits, SOPs).
Experience coordinating warehouse administration/controls in partnership with Operations/Supply Chain (preferred).
Proven capability in budgeting, vendor negotiation, contract management, and KPI-driven service delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and communication; comfortable engaging senior leadership and business unit heads.
Nice to Have
Experience implementing admin systems (asset management tools, ticketing systems, fleet tracking, dashboards).
Experience in fast-growing or multi-country organizations.
Project management experience for site moves/office setup/warehouse readiness.
