  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.

  • Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs.

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records.

  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Oversee daily office administration and facility management.

  • Supervise admin staff, drivers, cleaners, and support teams.

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and asset control.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Ensure workplace safety and security standards.

  • Prepare administrative and HR reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR and administrative management.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
