  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  3. Manage and implement the recruitment and selection process and strategies.
  4. Review the current process and develop the future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  6. Nurture a positive working environment.
  7. Oversee and manage the performance management system that drives high performance.
  8. Manage and implement compensation plans and benefits program.
  9. Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs for group.
  10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, Diploma in Human resources or Business Administration or any related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience above 5 years in a management role, preferably within a group of companies or a diverse organizational structure.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (Bilingual), and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management on organizational challenges.
  • Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
