Top 5 local insurance company is searching for a head of bancassurance to manage all business transacted through bancassurance distribution functions.

Duties and Responsibilities
* To implement strategic business and marketing plans in close alignment with related partners.
* To drive product development and ensure well execution of product launches and liaise with the bank partners and deliver business plan and KPIs
* To analyze sales opportunities through performing reviews with the bank partners and update key development to stakeholders.
* To prepare and update an annual budget and plan base on market opportunities while establishing new strategies.

Job Requirements

Skill and Requirement
* Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or ACCA holder will be preferred
* At least 10 years’ professional experiences as a bancassurance within the financial services industry
* Must have strong communication with effective negotiation skills and understanding of risks
* Must be fluent in both Burmese and English
