Ensure supply planning is aligned with demand plan for the country so as to optimise resources, asset utilisation and working capital, while ensuring customer requirements and productivity targets are met.
Ensure availability, product sourcing costs & optimise overall delivered costs & reduce wastages.
Integrate Material Resource Planning activities to leverage system’s capacity and capability, to drive value creation.
Ensure back-up plants have all required information to activate contingency and guarantee continuity of product supply to the corresponding bottlers in any event and at any time
Ensure Process Excellence through regular audits, follow up on execution of Corrective Action Plans
Define action plans given the conditions of Capacity in Production, Distribution and Transport, which limit the supply of product
Develop long term infrastructure plan & align country GMs, Supply Chain Head & BIG capital committee
Ensure accurate measurements of rough-cut capacity are in place and drive continuous analysis of current capacity vs future demand, integrating to Site Master Planning activities and investment plans
Designing energy saving and / or continuous improvement from the planning approach, to optimize resources and generate significant savings for the company, relying on different areas of the organization
Creative thinking to identify the right supply chain strategic pathways, priorities and approaches to ensure success. Continuously evolving and creating new processes and methodologies to manage, or improving and adopting where possible.
Analytical thinking – summarizing the information available from current state, metrics or known best practice. Identifying the options and resources, costs and timelines required to execute. Provide direction on best option and removing barriers to enable execution.
Supporting planning managers, engineering teams and Supply Chain Heads to create supply strategies that meet business objectives
Problem-solving – identify root causes in supply chain issues (supply issues, supplier failures, process failures, capability delta, Business Continuity Plan issues, etc.) recognize trends and collaborates with teams to generate sustainable solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering .
Post graduate degree in Finance/Supply Chain or an MBA degree desirable.
Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in a combination of demand planning, production planning/scheduling, logistics, inventory control, purchasing, customer service, commercialization, import/export, and manufacturing management activities.
5+ years Leadership Team experience
3+ years in Manufacturing desirable
Fluent written and spoken English and strong communication skills required.
Must have Bottle System Knowledge and Operational Excellence / Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
Must be strong in Strategic Planning, Infrastructure Planning and Financial Management,
