  • General Management of Trading Deparment
  • Leadership role for Import and Export Strategy
  • Leadership role for Sales and Marketing (Solar, Steel and Other)
  • Define and execute the overall trading strategy across relevant solar, steel and other
  • Lead day-ahead, intraday, and longer-term trading activities to maximize returns
  • Manage market risk, exposure, and compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks
  • Oversee portfolio optimization, hedging strategies, and pricing models
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing trading and analytics team
  • Collaborate with origination, asset management, and operations teams to align trading with asset and customer portfolios
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
  • Report trading performance, risk metrics, and market insights to senior leadership

  • Proven senior-level experience in solar and steel trading
  • Strong understanding of solar, steel markets, pricing, and risk management
