Job Purpose

S/he is responsible for articulating as well as implementing marketing strategies of the bank and its branch. Such strategy should be based on customer research, market conditions, competitor data, brand recall etc. S/he also oversees all marketing, advertising, promotions and sponsorship activities. Apart from that, s/he is responsible for overall management and strategic direction of the bank's website and social media and branding of online and mobile offerings.

Key roles and responsibilities
 Develop, implement and manage overall brand identity strategies/programs
 Manage the creative development, production, placement and multimedia distribution of merchandising materials, ads, product campaigns and sponsorship events
 Responsible for managing ATL, BTL and digital marketing for AGD Bank, AGD Pay across Myanmar
 Create a marketing plan and calendar and ensure adherence to the established marketing budget
 Develop the digital marketing roadmap to support business development
 Monitor industry/competitive trends and pricing, lead or participate in the design of new products and services
 Manage, recommend and implement functional and design changes for website working with page owners/agency on content and strategy and search engine optimization with the intent of increasing profile of the bank
 Manage and coordinate corporate events
 Liaise with other internal departments and manage outside agencies to develop and execute internal or external marketing projects
 Manage vendor relationships in support of marketing activities
 Achieve financial objectivities by preparing an annual budget; executing plan effectively ensuring maximum marketing return on investment( MROI)
 Built communication strategy for various existing banking products and plan campaign strategy for all new products that the bank launches.
 Prepare a plan for enhancing brand visibility and brand recall of each location and execute the same
 Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• MBA in Marketing / Communication (preferred)
• 5 plus years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in the management position
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills necessary to closely monitor marketing objectives and find solutions
• Strong leader and team player that can organize people and processes to accomplish goals
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation and creative skills required
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
• Social media and website management experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines with attention to details
• Fluent in written and spoken English
