Head of Products at the leading International Insurance Company in Yangon

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for new business including providing the thought leadership and vision for the different product lines.
• Salary will be up to 5,000,000 MMK

The Role

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

• Define the product strategy and roadmap to support business strategy both digital and non-digital strategy).
• Perform commercial, competitive and financial analysis and market research.
• Collaborate with the different teams and stakeholders (Marketing, Technology, Operations, Sales, Digital) for launching new products.
• Ensure technology team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline.

Requirements

• At least 5 or 7 of working years in Product Development management or Project Management in the Financial industries especially in Banking, Insurance, Fintech and Ecommerce industry.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or an equivalent in working experience.
• Excellent Communication skills in both English and Burmese are a must for this position.
• Strong analytical skills, proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans.
• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently.
