Job Description

-Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing & lift the brand

-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department including Sales Admin Team

-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

-Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market

-Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs

-Keep training of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

-Build and maintain effective relationship with key and existing potential clients

-Monitor key accounts performance trends

-Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate

- Prefer MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing

- Age between 35 to 45 Years Old

- Able to travel

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role and preferable experience in Lubricant Industry

-Highly analytical and problem solving skills

-Able to work under pressure

-Customer Service Oriented, Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
