  • Setting Sales Strategy, align the sales structure with the strategy, manage people and implement process.
  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK and other allowances

The Role

  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in management level.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
  • Business English is a must
  • Has excellent skills in sales management.
