Position Purpose / Context

Technology Operations Lead - *Market* will be responsible for keeping our technology infrastructure operating as smoothly and efficiently as possible, working closely to support our bottling operations by delivering reliable, scalable and cost effective workplace technology, networks, distributed systems, Data center, Cloud operations, SAP infrastructure and IT operational support. The individual will be expected to lead the modernization of operating platforms and procedures within *Market* by aligning to Bottling Investment Group technology standards and strategy. In this capacity, the leader will also work with key local business stakeholders to drive demand management and capacity planning for the infrastructure. Successful relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners are critical; as is the ability to retain, develop and attract a high performing team.

 

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain reliable, performant, scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure platforms in line with BIG strategies and delivering to the expectations of the business.
  • Ownership of 1st & 2nd level support functions related to networking & telecoms, servers and storage, databases and end user compute infrastructure.
  • Participate in strategic BIG CTO initiatives to deliver best in class infrastructure services across the Group.
  • Governance of Enterprise Asset Management, Software Licenses and Upgrades .
  • Analysis of IT Infrastructure Performance Metrics for local market
  • Delivering robust and efficient IT InfrastrAnalyses the key drivers in the current capital and revenue spends. Understand the application landscape, technical architecture, networks and explore opportunities to provide stable uptimes and reduce costs.
  • Review local services, operations and current managed services to identify opportunities for consolidation.
  • Produce gap analysis of current vs BIG model services and implement plans to bridge gaps.
  • Implement BIG Infrastructure as Service locally and assist when required in other marketsucture services aligned to BIG standards, transition to cloud and Group-wide managed services for Operations in line with BIG standards leveraging TCCC where feasible.
  • Lead the development and execution of the local infrastructure strategies in line with BIG strategic direction. This includes general worker and executive worker scope for personal computing, voice, video, and conferencing, as well as IT infrastructure.
  • Manage and steward The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) relationships with local key business partners as necessary (e.g. external technology and technology service providers.)
  • Keep up to date with latest worksite, infrastructure and emerging technologies with a view to influencing and driving the wider BIG roadmap.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leading IT Infrastructure Services within a CPG/FMCG organization, preferably across multiple geographies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in areas such as Network & Telecommunications, IT Security, Microsoft Servers and MSSQL, Data Center Operations, Storage & Backup, Azure Architecture, Cloud Administration, Project Management, and ITIL are highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
  • Ability to align IT operations strategy with overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Strong experience in vendor and stakeholder management, including global vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
