Responsible for managing a team of Account Executives in specific industries or emerging markets to focus on prospecting and closing new opportunities
Up to 3,500,000 MMK + Performance bonus + Other allowances
About the Company
Our client is a well-known rapid developing commercial bank within financial service industry.
The Role
To facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program and campaign success across teams and departments throughout the company
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Communicate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

5+ years’ experiences leading virtual sales teams in a business to business, solutions selling environment
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
