Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure timely completion of KYC (Know Your Customer), counterparty screening, and customer due diligence processes.
  • Assist customers with cash withdrawals, deposits, remittances and loan as per banking procedures.
  • Adhere to Myanmar's banking policies, operations, and procedures as directed by the Head Office or Central Bank of Myanmar.
  • To be a quick learner and to be proficient in relevant Banking System.
  • Provide customer service in line with the bank's core values, including handling client complaints.
  • Managed corporate relationships with companies and individual customers.
  • Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customer needs.
  • Onboarding new customers and companies and maintaining long-term relationship with existing customers.
  • Execute the identification and formal submission of MFIU Online Reporting System on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Essentially able to communicate in English (Korean language proficiency is a plus).
  • Willingness to learn and strong passion
  • Preferred:
  • -Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
