Right Start International Montessori School is looking to appoint qualified and enthusiastic Homeroom Teachers for Early Years to Year 6.

These positions are open to qualified and newly qualified persons, or someone interested in pursuing teaching as a career. 

- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities

- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

- Providing ongoing support and guidance to students to help them reach their full potential

- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies

- Assessing student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to support their growth

- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any concerns

- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices.

- Implementing the Cambridge curriculum effectively to meet the diverse needs of students

- Bachelor or Master degree

- TEFL or CELTA, or TESOL or equivalent preferable

- Well understanding of Cambridge International Curriculum or knowledge of EYFS or Montessori would be beneficial 

- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience for Lead Teacher Positions 

- Upper Intermediate level in English Language Proficiency

- Strong understanding of child development 

- Good communication and interpersonal skills 

- Self motivated with strong work ethic

- Attention to detail and learning orientations

- The love of teaching
