The recruitment process, salary disbursement, and termination procedures must be carried out in accordance with the company handbook.
To ensure smooth operations, HR policies must be developed in collaboration with department heads, including drafting policies, rules and regulations, procedures, and organizational structures.
Job responsibilities and duties must be clearly defined and assigned for each employee.
Administrative duties of each department must be allocated and support provided to departmental teams as needed.
Important company files and records must be properly collected and maintained.
Assist in the management of office supplies and in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Handle phone communications with staff, and arrange meetings and appointments for department heads and senior executives.
Serve as a key point of contact for all staff, supporting administrative communications and managing departmental inquiries and information collection.
Help maintain a clean and orderly office environment and assist in the initial recruitment process for new hires.
Assist in organizing meetings and events within the office.
Manage the office setup and make necessary adjustments to meet staff needs.
Handle matters related to new branch or departmental openings, including renting office space, renovations, and repairs.

Job Requirements
Must be a degree holder / free from any school-related obligations.
Must possess an HR Certificate or Diploma.
Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to manage relevant documents efficiently.
Must be proficient in Advanced Excel, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
