  • The recruitment process, salary disbursement, and termination procedures must be carried out in accordance with the company handbook.

  • To ensure smooth operations, HR policies must be developed in collaboration with department heads, including drafting policies, rules and regulations, procedures, and organizational structures.

  • Job responsibilities and duties must be clearly defined and assigned for each employee.

  • Administrative duties of each department must be allocated and support provided to departmental teams as needed.

  • Important company files and records must be properly collected and maintained.

  • Assist in the management of office supplies and in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.

  • Handle phone communications with staff, and arrange meetings and appointments for department heads and senior executives.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for all staff, supporting administrative communications and managing departmental inquiries and information collection.

  • Help maintain a clean and orderly office environment and assist in the initial recruitment process for new hires.

  • Assist in organizing meetings and events within the office.

  • Manage the office setup and make necessary adjustments to meet staff needs.

  • Handle matters related to new branch or departmental openings, including renting office space, renovations, and repairs.

  • Must be a degree holder / free from any school-related obligations.

  • Must possess an HR Certificate or Diploma.

  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Must have good communication skills.

  • Must be able to manage relevant documents efficiently.

  • Must be proficient in Advanced Excel, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
