Key Responsibilities:

 Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet manpower requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).

  • Maintain an updated manpower plan and organizational chart.

 Employee Relations & HR Policy

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

  • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Maintain proper HR documentation (contracts, personnel files, leave records).

Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal system.

  • Work with department heads to set KPIs and monitor staff performance.

  • Provide recommendations on promotions, transfers, or corrective actions.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans.

  • Organize and evaluate training programs to improve staff skills.

  • Support succession planning and career development.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.

  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation in line with company policy.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments.

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, facilities management.

  • Ensure office operations run smoothly  ( Vehicles,  utilities,, Rental contracts).

  • Supervise security, and support staff.

 Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (labor law, social security, taxation).

  • Prepare HR & admin reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, payroll reports).

  • Support management with HR data for decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR & Admin experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/generalist role.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems.
