Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain good talent.
  • Manage Monthly payroll and bonuses for all employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Report to management and provide decision supporting through HR Metrics.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities for vehicle, office machines such as air con, copier, printer and other office equipment.
  • Handle invoicing and payment processing for monthly rental fees, monthly rental overtime charges, and fuel expenses.
  • Liaise with Government office effectively for company ‌affairs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (Business Administration, Human Resources), Master Degree is advantage.
  • Proven working experience as HR & Admin Manager.
  • Strong leadership and excellent Communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar legislations and labor law.
