  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and work closely with Hiring Managers and HODs to identify the best talent.
  • Prepare employment contracts and facilitate offer negotiations with selected candidates.
  • Lead onboarding activities and ensure a smooth employee joining experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in both physical files and HR systems.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree with Diploma or Certificate in HR.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Myanmar and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
