  • Planning, implementing and managing the overall talent acquisition strategy
  • Providing counselling and support on policies and procedures
  • Performing duties such as job descriptions, job posting, and promotion and hiring analysis
  • Developing HR Policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses
  • Oversee daily operation of the HR Department
  • Identifying KPI of the job roles
  • Evaluating the employee performance management
  • Looking after the health, safety and welfare for all employees
  • Communicating and explaining the organization’s policies to the employee
  • Calculating the employee’s attendances and preparation for payroll calculation
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR Letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • To participate carrying out to get a common concept between BODs and top management level for the organizational sustainable development
  • Supervising day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedure
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by top management..

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in HR or Business Management and any related field of study
  • At least 5 years pervious experiences in Human Resources with managerial level
  • Proficient in managing and handling the overall HR management process including recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits etc,..
  • Age 30 years and above
  • Proficient in MS office skills and English four skill
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure.
