Job Description

Organizational Development  

  1. Developing Organization design, HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Developing HR policy, SOP, Function, JD and form and format
  3. Preparing & monitoring for each department’s policy, Standard Operation Procedure, JD, Departmental function, KPI and performance management system with related HODs.
  4. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys
  5. Design and implement employee retention strategies
  6. Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws and local regulations

Talent acquisition

  1. Developing a talent pipeline and lead talent acquisition process
  2. Identify and manage the right recruitment channel and agency.
  3. Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

Operation & Services

  1. Ensuring HR policies & processes are applied consistently
  2. Managing payroll services and processing including: processing attendance and payroll data, reporting to payroll services, check verification and distribution
  3. Analyzes wages and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  4. Handling to disciplinary action, grievance and government relation for employees.
  5. Managing labor movement and turnover matter
  6. Coordinating with HSE department for Health and safety

Performance Management

  1. Conduct the performance management cycle process
  2. Making sure performance reviews happen on time and follow set rules
  3. Resolving problems related to appraisals, such as employee requests for re-evaluation, and ensure that these issues are handled in a fair, professional, transparent and equitable way

Training and Development

  1. Conducting for new employee orientation training
  2. Conducting individual gap analysis   
  3. Developing training plan by coordination with related HODs
  4. Design and facilitate in-house events/workshops as required
  5. Responsible to assess and report employees’ Learning Outcomes after training
  6. Keep update with current Learning trends and introduce relevant and applicable ones to the organization.

HR Administration

  1. Ensuring on time and insight report for monthly, quarterly for HR Report
  2. Preparing HR Budget & monitoring HR costs
  3. Handle confidentially and proper arrangement for Employee personnel file

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, advanced degree (MBA) is beneficial.
- At least (3) years related position of experiences in Garment Human Resources Management with strong commitment.
- Specialized training in Labor law, compensation, organization development. 
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good English skills. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Power Point)
