Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:• Degree in Business Admin/ Graduate Diploma in HRM• Min 3 -5 years experience in the similar position in hospitality business• Postgraduate HR Degree/ MBA / Professional HR Diploma from internationally recognized institutions would be an advantageSkills and Knowledge required:• Strong in inter-personal and leadership skills.• Proficiency in English and computer literate• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.• Sound knowledge of labour and other related laws and practices• Strong sense of commitment & urgency to meet tight deadlines• Ability to maintain confidentiality
