On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: HR Manager (Mandalay) to be based at their offices in Mandalay, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources Department
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
  • Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration or University Degree with any major subject plus Post graduate diploma in HR Management
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR position
  • Having solid knowledge of HR systems and databases and demonstrable experience with Human Resources Metrics
  • Having in-depth knowledge of labor law
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Be able to travel as business trips
