- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and management of the assigned Organization Unit (OU) and to build a strong relationship with all the stakeholders.
- Responsible to handle HC planning for assigned OU.
- Maintain the OU’s organizational charts.
- Maintain and ensure all the employee attendance records, leave records, team transfer, exit process, employees list and other HR related document.
- Maintain and ensure all employee attendance records, leave records, employee lists and other human resources related records.
- HR Operation duties such as highlight implementation of new policy related to employees.
- HR related issue tracking such as training, warning, improvement area etc.
- Act as a representative for the assigned OU for HR committee.
- Assist and prepare for necessary training.
- Collecting the employees’ feedback from the ground and report back to respective E-staff for improvement.
- Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department.
- Develop, revise and recommend internal policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties and required of the Human Resources Department
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
