- Developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates
- Manage payroll related activities
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization
- Need to handle the staffs’ problems between staff and the Management
- Handle all of the problems related to staffing.
- Need to do every specification that the HR Manager needs to do, overall
- Communicate with HOD of all Departments and do together to achieve the organizational goals

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 5 years working experience as HR Manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills/ leadership skills and problem-solving skills
- Have knowledge of Labor law
