  • Assist to Group HR Manager in conducting all human resource matter to Senior Management Team.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree and preferable Master or Diploma in HR
  • 5 years experiences in HR Manager field
  • Excellent communication and Leadership skills
  • Good in Negotiation and Counseling skills
  • Computer Literate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and able to interact with people at all level
