Job Summary
Lead HR operations for a growing food and beverage company in Shwepyithar, Yangon. As HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance, compliance, and training to build a motivated and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment to fill business needs with qualified talent.
• Oversee onboarding, employee records, HR policies, and daily HR operations.
• Support managers on employee relations, discipline, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and staff development programs.
• Identify training needs and organize learning initiatives to improve team capability.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate data, and support management decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field certificate 
• Proven experience at least  2 years in HR, with managerial-level .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of labor law, compliance, and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in food and beverage or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work in Shwepyithar, Yangon.
