Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Responsible for all HR operations such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Data & Record Control, Promotion, Resignation & Disciplinary Action.
- Participate in all stages of recruitment process.
- Participate in maintaining and updating all necessary administrative HR related documents such as personnel information, staff changes record for new hired, promoted, transferred, title-changed and resigned staffs
- Responsible with and ensures that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer and staff resignation is carried on within company policy and also within legal boundaries.
- Collaborate with planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including monthly staff meeting, holiday party, wellness fair, farewell party etc.
- Prepare employee handbooks, contracts and any records required.
- Strongly communicate with all departments, ensuring line managers are aware of, and compliant with, policies and procedures, recruiting process, feedback & suggestion of exit employee.
- Undertake regular staff performance and salary reviews.
- Counseling to employee’s feeling & problem.
- Announce and explain to employees about the company procedure and policy.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate and more preferable is HR Management Diploma
- Must have at least 4 years of experiences in HR management.
- Excellent knowledge of local law and other related laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills - ability to operate as a true human resources leader, who can identify positive needs for the business
- Problem solving and decision making abilities that reflect the depth of knowledge focus on the customer and recognition of business objectives for this senior position
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manual
- Age between (30 ~ 40) years
- Proficient in English and computer skills.
