Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Plan and implement the consolidated workforce plan for group of companies aligned with the business plan
  2. Responsible for Group HR KPI implementation to support corporate strategy map
  3. Develop and monitor the HR policies, procedure and all HR functions
  4. Calculate and prepare the departmental budget for the next year
  5. Monitor and control departmental expense by monthly basis based on budget and actual expense variances
  6. Review and analyze on monthly HR report on each enterprise to submit to management review meeting
  7. Compliance and need to examine the related government laws and instructions
  8. Develop the corporate training plan for every year and guide to implement at each enterprise
  9. Compare and select the reliable outsource firms to take the benefits for our organization
  10. Lead and direct the human resource team with comprehensive HR service for supporting to our business.
  11. Define the salary setup and compensation and benefits scheme
  12. Take the feedback from employee and maintain good the relationship between superior and employee
  13. Conduct the coaching, mentoring and supporting to employee to keep on right track of their career path
  14. Responsible for the solutions to solve the difficulties of payroll process
  15. Develop the specific planning for employee retention, career development and succession plan
  16. Develop the Occupational Safety and Health policy for all employees of the whole corporation
  17. Check, monitor and examine the all-HR process to reengineer for development
  18. Explore the gap of employee competencies to find out the solutions to fill the gap
  19. Create the program for Management Trainee, Internship and Graduate Talent Program

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Human resource management, Business administration.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years in human resource roles in manufacturing business is preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge in labor law, employee relations, HRM and HRD.
  4. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and can work at tight deadline and under pressure
  6. Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
  7. Language: proficient in English
