Job Description

  • Staying up-to-date with company’s HR policies.
  • Educate HR policies to OU personnel and answer any clarification questions.
  • Enforce HR policies consistently in each OU, provide warnings and guidance before any mistakes were made.
  • Provide any feedback or recommendation in HR policies when needed.
  • Liaison to make HR exception requests such as leave requests, travel request, attendances, etc…
  • Assist with recruiting/transfers within each OU.
  • Assist HR Operation team so each OU is in compliance such as
  1. Signing EC contracts, NDA, etc…
  2. Keeping each employee HR record up-to-date such as National ID, references, etc…
  3. Labor registration
  • Investigate HR violations within each OU.
  • Take HR disciplinary actions within each OU in accordance with company HR policies.
  • Be the grievance contact person for the OU and works with eStaff and management in resolving them.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellence in Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced Level)
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
